Moldex produces new particulate filters offer additional protection against ozone.

Due to an activated charcoal layer,  two new particulate filters offer additional protection against ozone up to 1000 ppb and for a maximum of 8 hours.

Optimal protection for welding

A typical application for these filters is welding. Depending on the method, material, ventilation and season, dangerous ozone levels up to 300 micrograms per cubic meter air can occur in addition to harmful particles..

Easy to use

Both filters come with the practical EasyLock^® filter system. They can be either connected with the gas cartridges or directly onto the mask body. Adapters or additional parts are not necessary. All EasyLock^® filters can be used with the easy maintenance Series 7000 half masks or with the lightweight Series 9000 full face masks.

Low breathing resistance

The Moldex pleated filter technology gives almost three times more filter surface area than a standard filter, offering extremely low breathing resistance, which increases wearer comfort and reduced fatigue. The new filters are now available and come in two protection levels: P2 R (Part no. 9022) and P3 R (Part no. 9032).
